How does inter-branch stock transfer work?+
Branch manager initiates a transfer doc with SKU + qty + batch + reason. HQ approves (configurable per-policy). Stock leaves branch A and arrives at branch B with an audit trail. GST treatment is automatic (intra-state vs inter-state).
Can branch managers see only their own data?+
Yes. Role-based access lets you scope a user to one or more branches. Branch managers cannot see other branches' bills, stock, or reports — only the super-admin and HQ owner roles can switch tenants.
How does FY close work across branches?+
You can close branches individually or run a chain-wide FY close. Trial balance reconciles across branches; opening-stock carry-forward is automatic. CA-friendly audit trail for every adjustment.
