We are cloud-first, mobile-native, and offline-capable. Most existing pharmacy software was built for Windows desktop with cloud and mobile bolted on later. PharmOS treats cloud sync as default and works fully offline with automatic sync when online.

All plans are billed annually. We focus on long-term customer relationships and have priced annual plans to be 30–40% cheaper than equivalent monthly rates from competitors.

No setup fees, no per-bill charges, no add-on charges for core features. Mobile apps, cloud sync, and basic integrations are all included in Pro and Multi-Branch.

Can you migrate my data from Marg ERP?

Yes. We have a tested migration process for Marg. We export your masters (items, suppliers, customers), opening stock, and party ledger from Marg, then import into PharmOS. Typically 4–8 hours of our time, zero of yours.

Yes. The desktop app works fully offline — billing, inventory checks, returns, reports — all work without internet. When the internet returns, everything syncs to cloud automatically.

Our conflict resolution uses last-write-wins for most fields, with manual override for financial entries. We log all conflicts so owners can review and adjust.
